HAYSMACINTRYE is reviewing the audit of Global 6 Technologies’ 2013 annual accounts after replacing previous auditors Affinity Associates.
In a stock exchange statement, the investment and excavation firm confirmed that London-based auditors Affinity Associates have been replaced and that the business is undergoing engagement and review of its accounts with haysmacintyre.
In May, the company announced that had extended its deadline for filing its accounts and had undertaken a final review of its annual report with Affinity Associates.
The reason for the extension, it said, was due to clarification of information in the final report “in regards to the significant audit findings of the company” and the inclusion of an emphasis of matter paragraph.
The clarification related to matters “involving the company’s capital”, Global 6 Technologies said in an August update.
It now expects to lodge its annual financial report with Companies House on or before 30 of November 2014.
